Hi Pat and Brian. Was so lovely to chat this morning. Hope you enjoy your bread from the new bread machine. I have the same one in the U.K and love it. The basis bread recipe is great for normal bread. Try the wholemeal/grain recipe and add malt or some sort of malt extract and sultanas...oooer, lovely malty bread. I try all different ingredients and one of my favourites is orange/lemon bread. Just mess around with ingredients to find different breads. Stay welk.
