In the UK I now use an equivalent/generic tube of Antiseptic cream and it's the same constitution as Savlon, even smells the same.

I should imagine any Farmacia would have a tube of Antiseptic cream (most Farmacias' speak English but tubo de crema antiséptica should do it)

Hope this helps.

Savlon cream contains Cetrimide 5% and Chlorhexidine 0.1%.
Silverderma cream contains Silver Sulfadiazine 1% and is good for burns and treating leg ulcers. It is prescription only in uk (available only as Flamazine brand ) due to its possible side effects .it is not the same as Savlon Cream.
You could ask at the farmacia for a Spanish cream with the ingredients the same as Savlon, they usually do try to help

We use 'Cristalmina', which is a clear antiseptic gel which also places a protective layer on the skin, from the Farmacia and to be honest seems to be much better than Savlon, which we also have, bought from the UK.
