Hello,,
My land line has gone down, no service.
The sever is Movistar.
Has anyone a telephone number that I can use to contact them.

I believe you can also just send them a text on 1004 with the number of your landline and no funciona.

Thanks to the above. All sorted now.
The number to ring is 1002, Enter telephone number and wait for English speaking person.
It turns out that the line was disconnected somewhere among its route..
