I made some the other day out of a napkin. The first one looked like a pair of my grannies knickers on my face but the next lot were fine. I cut the napkin into quarters ironed pleats into them then sewed the sides and put elastic on the top and bottom to go around the back of my head

Absent official verification that can only be classed as fake news.

In any case you cannot possibly impose such a restriction without first ensuring that every person who has legitimate cause to leave their home has ready access to one which clearly they don't.

I wonder if said pretty please the Guardia would give me a pass to go visiting every pharmacy within a 20 or 30km range in what would almost certainly be a fruitlsss search for them!
