:text-welcomewave: Welcome to TalkQuesada catty40. We hope you find it helpful and interesting.

I don't know Lo Crispin very well but hopefully someone on here may be able to help you with your question. I know it's probably obvious but have you tried asking around the other commercial outlets nearby to see if they know anything or can give you a contact to ask?

Did a bit of delving and the 18 commercial units were sold or in the process in 2007, so this possibly discounts the builders as landlords. Best bet is to find Major Estate Agents in Algorfa or Quesada who may now have the trepassos on their books. But also as Jan said, ask the existing commercials or try the builders too.

Contacting some Estate Agents, as Glyn says, is a good idea. Most Agents have a 'contact us' email form on their website.
If they don't have the commercials on their books, they may know something about them - Who owns them etc.

I don't know any Estate Agents around Lo Crispin, maybe someone else on here can help, but 'The Property Shop' in Quesada could be worth contacting. They have a rental section. Here's the contact link: http://www.quesadarentalcentre.com/inde ... y&PageID=2

Try also http://www.kyero.com They are covering Algorfa (Lo Crispins area) and have a commercial for sale at La Finca. May be in the know for others.

Euromarina rents out many of the units in my area - but don't know just how far their arms stretch. All I know about them is that they are not cheap - and they prefer to have empty shops rather than lower their rents!!

Hello all,

I have added this new forum for the Lo Crispin area, a very close neighbour of Quesada. I have placed the topic with the question from catty40, about the shop rental prices, into this forum.

Just posting to let you know that the topic is here.
