If you "Google" Urbanizacion Jardin Marabu it shows you a map of the area. You look to be quite near a good few marked places. Sure you will find your way to more. Good Luck.

Scotfree I have a place in Calle Jardin Marabu 4, bought it about 5/6 years ago, there are 5 streets altogether and it is not part of the Bluetop Urbanizacion across from it, that is why we don't have any street lights, which I didn't believe till I checked it out at the Town Hall.
There is a good supermarket just behind Calle 5 it is called Canales, they sell nearly everything you need food/drink wise and will always try and get anything for you if they don't stock it, they also deliver which is good, just at the side of that there is a wee row of bars, a vets, and a paper shop where you can also buy wee gifts.there is an Italian, Tapas, English and I think the other bar is Bulgarian. At the very top of the hill there is a massive Municipal pool which is free, that opens June till September, there is also a lifeguard there, there is a bar beside it but have no clue what kind of bar it is.also quite near is the Aquapark, Rojales town centre, a golf course where there are another few bars and a bigger supermarket. If you want to know anything else feel free to contact me as i'm a mine of useful and useless information. We are not there full time as at work come out in June till October, should say it's a bit quiet but you are only 2 minutes drive, 10 minutes walk to lots off noise. wishing you all the luck in the world in your new home.

That info. is excellent Mel. I was so taken with the house in Jardin Marabu 3 that I knew I would get myself organised.Quesada has a similar population to the town I have left,Alfaz del Pi that it seems very suitable. And I am in a rental in La Zenia just now so have time to work things out before I complete on my new home.Don't need lots of noise as I used to own Boarding Kennels/Cattery in Spain before retiring & I also bred parrots so a bit of quiet is OK!Many thanks all.
