Hi, could anyone tell me if the lo Marabu communal pools are open.
If so, is there anything that I need to be aware of?
I’m also assuming that the pool key remains the same from last year?
Thx

You need to contact your President or administrators or, hopefully, someone from that community.
It seems each area is either making up their own rules or keeping the pools closed to be on the safe side.
The rules are that the areas have to be disinfected before the start of each day and a maximum of 75% of the pool capacity (4 sq m person) is adhered to. If it is not possible because of the amount of people, then a booking system has to be in place.

Our pools have been opened since it was allowed, even at 30% originally, because we have big pools, we had them disinfected 3 times a day (as was the original rule which has now been lowered) and a lifeguard because of the surface area who could check the booking system was working.

We now have no booking system (nowhere near 75% capacity) but we maintain the lifeguard because of the surface area of the pool. No shared sunbeds are allowed either.

The complete rules are laid down in a DOGV (Valencian government regulation) which has been posted on here a few times.
