I know there is a pool in the same "block" as the house would that be the pool we would use? Which makes sense Or can we use any of the pools as I know there is one nearer Consum? I assume the president would contact us as I haven't got a clue who that would be and After reading about pool keys am slightly confused as to where I would get them again I thought they would be with the house keys??
What should be or should happen often doesn't I'm afraid. Yes the previous owners should pass on the pool key but if they haven't you can get one (as long as the community charge is paid up to date) from the Servigest office in Torrevieja. I will send you the email address if you want it, to ask what you need to do to get one.
You could also ask how to contact the president, although we have been there 11 years and still don't have contact details and she does not give out any information or tell us the rules. The only things we hear about are from community meeting minutes which are on the Servigest Lo Marabu owners private online access. Saying that, it is a well run community (after a few initial issues were ironed out in the early days) and the pools are well maintained and you can use either of the two large pools.
If you need anything else (unless it's private info) just ask on the forum.
