Thanks Jan, this is site is proving invaluable. We have a similar site down here and when I worked in a solicitors always recommended people to join, nothing like asking locals your questions. Well done on a a helpful informative, well run site

Am I right that I read from the last meeting we had a new pool key and that the offices had changed location?
Can anyone remind me if any of this is correct?

Yes it was changed around about May 2018 and we had to collect in Servigest Los Montesinos offices. Take your old key and some ID like Passport.

Thank you Jan, glad I didn’t make it up...but I can’t find an address for them in Montesinos. Their web page only has the torre one.

It's on one of the latest minutes letters in your online office access on their website. If you can't find it let me know and I will get it for you if I can find it and send on PM to you.

Hi,
We bought our quad in Lo Marabu last year and went to the office for new pool keys. Are we changing keys every year? Should we go to the office again this year and pick up new keys?

If they change the keys it will be in the meeting agenda or in the minutes after the meeting and it isn't on the agenda this year. They don't change them every year.
If you go into the 24hr office on the Servigest website you can read the agenda and see when the meeting is.
