Lo Marabu Minutes available for meeting in April 2015

Hi to all Lo Marabu community,

The latest Minutes of the Lo Marabu community meeting in April 2015 are available in the Servigest virtual on-line office now.

The pool security keys are staying the same this year. They are still 'thinking about' putting Astro turf around the pool (personally I think the surface is good enough as it is). The TDT aerial has had some maintenance, so retuning of your channels may be a good idea - We always retune anyway when returning to Spain as more channels are regularly added.

Luckily, no problems have been flagged up during this last meeting - The community is plodding along nicely and appears to be solvent, despite the debtors (which appear to be a problem with most communities!!), a list of which is in the minutes.

We have one of the cheapest community fees but still have community debts. However, as shown in the Minutes, legal proceedings are in process to retrieve the debts.

Yes, as long as you were using the one you have now in 2014 it hasn't changed this year.

If you haven't registered before you will need to email Servigest and ask what they need from you to access the online virtual office, obviously you need to own a property in the Lo Marabu community. Give them your name and address in Lo Marabu and they should tell you what else they need you to send them to verify who you are.

You can do that here on this link:

Jan,
If you remember I asked about the possibility of providing a closed site for our community members.mis this a variation of a theme? How does this work?
Cheers
Gordon

Hi Gordon,

I know, I'm sorry we are still pondering on your idea but there may be some problems with the 'vetting' procedure to have a closed site on here. We did have a Private message from a member who said they would be quite concerned if their community dealings were on-line, even if it was supposed to be a 'closed' forum.

This 'Lo Marabu' forum is just for general information and chatting about the Lo Marabu area (Lo Marabu just happens to be an area of Quesada and a community) This forum wouldn't be used to discuss matters about any specific private community issues or to give out or print meeting minutes/Agendas and such like. I have used this Lo Marabu forum now and again to let the residents know that meeting minutes are available, in the Administrator's on-line office, but only those who are part of the Lo Marabu community of owners would be able to access them securely .

You could chat about your area in general on one of these forums but would have to remember that it is on public view - Looking at it now, you have focused me into thinking that we didn't really name these parts of Quesada correctly, in the early days, by calling them 'communities', so I have now renamed them as the following :
Individual areas within Quesada

Hope this helps explain.
