LONG TERM RENTAL NEEDED END OF JUNE ONWARDS

I need at least a 2 bedroom property, preferable small house but happy to look at bigger if in price range, preferably in Quesada, Benijofar, Guardamar but again flexible, from end of June Would like house with some back garden space rather than only front garden space as I currently have here in Almoradi. I am very responsible, conscientious and respectful and looking to rent long term while I decide when/what/where I want to buy.
I do not smoke or have any pets.
I am away in the Uk from tomorrow for 2 weeks but can reply to emails here.
