We are looking to rent a one/two bedroomed place for the approximate dates above. We rented a property in Quesada last winter, but unfortunately the owners are using it this winter.
We would ideally like to pay around €350 per month plus bills.

Hi Mark, It is 2 Bedrooms 1 bath bungalow (as they call it) we have Wi-Fil International TV (IPTV) Air con etc
Communal pool ... all by the side of Marquessa Golf .

It is manage by OPI (office near the Arches)

How long do you think you require it ? as long term lets are negotiable (price wise)
