Long term rental for next winter wanted

Looking for minimum of 2 beds (prefer3) and at least 2 bathrooms.
Rooftop private solarium also a must. Walking distance to one of the bar / restaurants complexes also appreciated.
We are a retired couple, non smokers with no pets.
