villa or large house long term rental required
Posted: Fri Feb 09, 2018 1:08 amhi we are a professional mature sisters (45 &52) looking for long term rental in or around quesada , rojales , benijofar and any surrounding areas we are flexible .
12 months or 11 months min .
Ideal property would be a spacious house or villa with surrounding grounds or gardens .
2 double rooms min preferable 3 beds as we have grandchildren who would like to come and visit occasionally so 3 beds would be ideal .
communal pool or private pool
Most have air conditioning threw out
We are currently renting a large villa in quesada but we have to vacate at the end of march because it's a winter let and the landlord rents it out as a holiday let during the summer period .
We do have an option to re rent at the end of September but we don't wish to keep moving hence why we are looking for a minimum 11-- 12 months rental .
Can provide references from currant management/landlord company if required .
we do have two small dogs which are mature and no problem at all .
We have are own business back in the uk .
We also have 3 property's are self in the uk which we rent out so we know the importance of getting the right tenants , you can be rest assured we will treat your home like are own .
preferable furnished but would consider unfurnished too .
looking to move 31st march but if the property is available later than this we can rent a holiday home for a few weeks until your property is available we are flexible .
