We are looking for a long term rental of a ground floor bungalow or similar, two bed rooms would be great and with some outside space.
The property we/they are looking for, is for a retired couple who have a medium sized well behaved dog, they are hoping to rent for a minimum of 1 year and would then want to extend it, thereafter.
The ideal budget is up to 450 per month.
