Estate agent suggestions

Hello,
I am wondering if anyone can suggest an estate agent who deal with rent to buy businesses or rented businesses? I am looking for a bar, cafe or restaurant style businesses.

I know of a very good Bar/Restaurant with outside space just come on market terms are very favourable PM me if interested

There are loads of these for sale, lease or rent,,, etc
Be prepared to bargain hard and if it sounds to good to be true ,,,, ! Even test trade for 12 weeks if you can
