HELLO property wanted for long term rental,I am now Resident in Spain,lost my partner in August 2017,now looking to move on and want an appartment to rent long term,so require someone who wants to keep their property as an investment,as I would want hopefully many happy years their,hopefully 2 bedrooms,with nice sunny outlook,furnished/part furnished,prefare my own bed though,don't smoke,I am retired have 2 pensions(UK State & Millitary )would preface within 3kms of Benijofer. Hi,
I have a 3 beds, 2 bathroom Villa on the old airstrip, Quesada, Villa is close to Quesada Country Club, Bowls Club and golf Club, two of the bedrooms are downstairs, you could use the upstairs 3rd bedroom for quests, the villa has aircon, and there's communal heated pool, rent is 500 euros a month plus bills, for further information and photos PM me.
