Long term rental with parking needed

Due to marital seperation, I am looking to rent a house, urb or campo, long term.
I am an experienced designer/builder so work to the house if needed is not an issue (within reason).
Level of luxury not important, as long as there is wáter, electricity and a secure and waterproof roof, plus off road parking.
Any área considered as my work is spread throughout the whole of the Alicante región.
Employed, references and securities available.
