My wife are returning to Spain at some point in next 18 months, it could be in 2 months or 18, but just wanted to get an idea of mobile home rental or for sale, would like to stay in Costa Blanca region near Quesada, does anyone have any knowledge on this kind of situation and costings please? Any help and information would be appreciated. Also, am considering buying a Spanish registered vehicle to bring over, as there are a number of companies in UK that sell them, I am considering this, as have been told that Spanish used vehicles have more of a premium and I am under the impresion (but not 100% sure) that if a car is Spanish registered previously, am I liable for import tax? Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL buying a Spanish regged car in UK, if the proper procedures were not observed when taking it out of Spain and selling it you can find yourself liable for any outstanding fines or finance on it and at worst you could end up with a car you can neither drive nor sell!

My advice, unless you know EXACTLY what you're getting into don't do it.

Used mobile homes range from as little as €15—20k right up to €80k or more for two or 3 year old home on a nice site fully developed with terracing and outbuildings etc.

There are at least half a dozen mobile home parks in the area.
