Looking for a rental - long term / short term
Posted: Tue Apr 27, 2021 2:23 pmHi folks, my wife and I (64 & 61) are returning to Costa Blanca late May / early June and looking for a rental property, whilst we look for something to (hopefully) buy. We are both non smokers, have a little well trained dog and would treat your property like our home. We are both professional people and are looking at Quesada, Rojales, Benijofar, Torrevieja areas, (as we have lived here before) and hopefully within a 5 mile radius. I am on what's app 07515 069 430 and we need to sort something out, as we visit the consulate in Manchester on May 17th and hope to be moving, pretty soon after. We will both have had our 2nd covid vaccinations and will be following all the safety protocols of both UK & Spain with regard to testing etc, so we will be all legal and above board, with regard to the health rules. We would consider townhouses, 2/ 3 bed apartments or if anyone has holiday lets and wants to consider a regular income rather than the shortfall of the past year, then please get in touch.
