Self contained property not apartment in the area

We want to visit this year in September October for about 4 weeks

Then 10 to 12 weeks in the Winter January to end March early April.

Retired couple we have a car but would like to walk to Bars and Restaurants, can provide references

Is this Roldan in Murcia? I know Quesada but not familiar with this area.

Do make sure that your potential holiday let has a tourist licence. We found that email enquiries direct to the owners of advertised holiday lets were usually amiable to longer term booking at reasonable rates, out of season. We did this for a few years before buying.

We are looking along the coast, we have on others years been In North and South Costa Blanca and Murcia, we have always known thought contacts the owner, but things change and some have sold other have moved to Spain full time.

Thanks for the advice, luckily we are not limited to 90 days in EU, English but travel on an Irish Passport thank to Parentage
