Help with accommodation and vehicle hire for next year

Myself and extended family are looking to visit the area next summer and hope someone can recommend both accommodation that might be suitable and also vehicle hire, either to be collected from Alicante airport or locally.
Dates 6/8/2022 to 20/8/2022
We have been regular visitors on and off over the last 30 years, so know the area reasonably well.
There will be 5 adults and 4 children so accommodation could do with being minimum 4 bedrooms and 2 bath, and a pool is a must, but this doesn’t necessarily have to be a private one.
Obviously the vehicle would have to be a 9 seater too, transit minibus or similar.
We would also prefer the accommodation be within walking distance of the Quesada arches (if that’s the correct title).
I would appreciate any help anybody can offer please.
