Looking for a long term rental starting immediately. Furnished or not is not important as long as it has white goods. I am in search of atleast 3 bedrooms, 2 bath quad/townhouse in Lo Marabu. Other areas of Ciudad Quesada is definitely of interest too. I do have pets and looking to stay in the €500 range. Atleast 1 bedroom and bath must be on the groundfloor as it is for a disabled person with some mobility. Some steps do work. Please let me know if you know of any available.

Please, it suddenly got urgent. House I am in right now got severely damaged in the December storms and flooded entire house due to lack of proper drainage in the building and we think the house is starting to grow mold and the owners are not doing anything about it. Seems to be a lot on the market for sale but the market is not for sellers right now. Maybe there is someone who would consider renting out a while until the market gets more favorable for seller. I had previously mentioned in Lo Marabu area but will consider the entire area including Benijofar, Formentera, Benimar, Algorfa and Guardamar. I am in the market of buying a property in a years time. Have a property in Sweden that needs to be renovated and sold prior to buying in Spain.

Hi I might possibly be renting my property in Quesada, I will know for sure on the 28th January. After a long term rental my tenant has decided to move on we think? it is a large 3 bedroom villa with own swimming pool sitting on a 1000 metre plot in the heart of Quesada
