Hy to all,

If you are looking for anPossibility of wintering in the time frame from October or November until May or June; I have a 102 m2, excellent and high-quality equipped holiday home location near Hotel La Laguna for rent.

It consists of 2 bedrooms + 1 office room with pullout couch. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, beautiful living room, spacious bathroom upstairs + small shower downstairs, SAT TV / flat screen, WII, Googel cast, PC, Internet Wifi. Air conditioning, Flatscreens. etc.

A newly installed pellet stove is one of the advantages my houses have. The heat is generated in the living room and it is possible to pass some of the heat into the main bedroom. So you miss the high electricity costs for heating. Otherwise, there are additional infrared heaters in each room.

Terrace partially covered, Jacuzzi on the terrace of my side house, deckchairs, bicycles, BBQ gas grill and much more. Really fantastic pool scinery.

From the balcony you also have a beautiful view of the salt mines of La Mata and Torrevieja.

Car and or scooter rental possible.

Shopping possibilities are in the surrounding area.

If interested PM or Email me, you are :text-welcomewave: .

Hy,

1st I like to say that I have installed the pellet stoves in my two homes, due to this year’s freezing cold spring. So a friend has used aprox. € 300,00 in electricity in about 2 weeks. But he really used every infrared heater and used also other air blow heaters too. So I made my decision to install a pellet stove with canalling in each home. I have just used it "for fun" in April, so I don’t know how much pellets he burn per night. But as I bought the pellets (15 kg bag for € 5,00 each) I talk to a man how bought pallets and he said he use a bag every 4 or 5 days. That depends on how much heat you need and due to the possibility of canalling in the sleeping room, you may need more.

Yes for sure I meant salt lake. Sorry but I am German and my English is not mother language.

P.S. If anyone to install a pellet stove with canalling they will charge you high prices. I saw the one I like in a hardware store (but without canalling). With canalling the most I talk to had doubled the price. After my research I got mine good priced after 14 days delivered direct from the manufacturer in Italy. Which was rather expensive, the whole pipes for exhaust gas and heat transfer I need. But with € 3.000,00 I was including installation I was much cheaper than all the deals I got before.

If someone like to look (possible from end of September) or need help :text-welcomewave: please PM me.

Could you please tell me if your property is available from approx 4th March 2018 - 15th May 2018 and the cost . We have not booked our flights yet as we are waiting to secure accommodation first. It will be for two persons, both my husband and I are seventy years old, my husband is a cyclist and will be bringing his bike. We are in Spain until the 7th November. Kind regards, Pat Pritchard
