3+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, garden needed.
Preferably unfurnished, but doesn't have to be.
Underbuild a bonus also, but can live without.
Quesada, Rojales, Benijofar, Benimar, El Raso, Guardamar or close to these areas.
Currently renting in El Raso, but would like to move if the right property comes available.
