Long Term rent in Quesada!

I have a friend who is moving from Montebello to, hopefully Quesada, early in the new year. He will be looking for a 6 month (approx.) rent for two adults and a small dog, not an apartment!. Are there any good sites that someone can point me in the direction of please? He would like somewhere quiet, even up towards Harrys bar nr. Avenida Costa Azul would be good, he has a car so parking of some form would be necessary?
