Please make sure, for your safety and comfort, that the property you book for your short term holiday rental has a legally registered rental licence.

Posted: Fri Feb 09, 2018 12:37 amHi , we are a professional couple who is currently living in quesada . We rent a villa at present but is only on a winter rental we have to vacate end of march for the holiday season .
We do have the opportunity to move back at the end of September but we don't wish to be keep moving around so looking for a long term rental at least 11 months .
We have are own business in the uk which we run from spain mostly .
please could you advice on rental price , availability we would be very great full .
