We have a quad villa which now available for long term rent,
It has three bedrooms, one with sun terrace. It can be rented part furnished or unfurnished whichever suits you.
The house has a good quiet position, there is outside space plus a large roof terrace with shower point.
There is parking within the grounds of the house for at least two cars. The local shops, supermarkets and good selection of restaurants are well within walking distance of the house, they are only two minutes away walking on the flat, no hills or steep inclimbs.
Pets are allowed if you want, but we do need to know what pets they are and how many there is.
We hope to rent the house for a minimum of 6 months and if you would like to stay longer, i.e 1 year or more, then this would be fine.
The rent is 650 euros per month (negotiable) plus bills.

BUT my friend is just about to move out of there property, I am sure it is going to be re - let, Very similar to mine,
3 bedroom, pets allowed, community pool. They are not on any social sites, I will happy pass over details
