Looking for Long Term Rent 1-2 Bed Property

Morning All,

Looking for a long term rent of a 1-2 bed property (will consider bigger if the price is right) ASAP for my Father moving over. Quesada and surrounding areas, please no winter rentals where the tenant gets booted out for summer. Please PM any info, contract length, price, deposit etc.
