Albamar is within walking distance of Bars, (Coopers Bar, La Vida Sunset Bar), Supermarkets (Gama) (Consum), Restaurants, Hairdressers, Butchers, Pharmacies, etc. and is within easy walking distance to the town of Ciudad Quesada. Guadamar del Segura beach is only a ten minutes drive away and can be reached via public transport.
The house is fully equipped, with a fitted kitchen, bedding, towels for indoor use, garden furniture including sofa and chairs, table and chairs, parasol etc. There is a washing machine and clothesline.
