Due to sale falling through I have decided to rent my villa for the next few months. Available Nov 1

It is registered for Tourism and with the local police.

475 Euros per month plus utilities at cost (heating, water, Wifi and TV). Owner will pay for pool cleaning and security/medical alarm system.
