Long term (initially 12 months) rental available Immediately. Two bed, 1 and 1/2 bath, Fortuna style town house in Donna Pepa 1.
This town house is furnished to a modern standard (not usual rental furnishings), there are two double bedrooms (one room has twin beds), an independent kitchen, a glass curtained naya, and front and rear garden.
The house it is on a lovely conjunta with a very large communual pool, well tended gardens and UK TV, it is also near to all amenities.
Rent (including Conjunto fees) is 550€ plus energy bills per month.

Hi I know this is a bit early to reply but my husband and I are looking to rent long term as from March next year as we were hoping to be there by September this year but we dont know what will happen. I realise this will probably be rented by then but thought I'd enquire. Thank you isobel

We are a couple in our 50’s. We have recently retired to Spain. We are in the process of buying our own home here however there has been some delays. We are looking for a rental property for 3 months until we can move into our new home. Is the property still available?
