Owners can advertise for free a property for rental or for sale but please note : There are new laws on renting out properties. TalkQuesada will have to comply with these rental laws and will only allow our free rental 'advertising' section to be used by those who have registered their properties and can show an official registration number. Reminder -Any holiday let property placed on TalkQuesada will need to be licensed and have an official legal registration number shown on the forum, otherwise the property will be removed from the forum without notice.

Here is the latest information:

If you are renting a property out for short periods under 4 months then you should register the property as a Tourist Rental Property with the local Town Hall and obtain a license.

If you are renting out a property for longer than 4 months it is classed as a Long term rental and needs to have an Energy Performance Certificate (CEE) and you can't rent out a property without one or even advertise it for rental or for sale.

All this can be checked and verified at the local town hall.
