We are a retired professional, non smoking, couple living in southwest France. We visit Spain every winter for 4/5 months for the period Nov/March We wish to rent a 2/3 bed Ground Floor apartment/single story house from (approx) 1st Nov to 31st March At the present time our house in France is up for sale and when we sell we are moving to Spain. We require a property, at reasonable cost, with secure, or parking near to the door, in the region Quesada, Algorfa area with English TV , and wifi access. Our friends say that my wife has the cleanest house in France and on any rental we aim to leave the property cleaner than on arrival. We eat almost all our meals out and spend most of the rental period visiting many friends in the south, we therefore spend a great deal of time away from the apartment. We undertake to replace any damaged item, although for the many years we have rented properties we have never experienced any damage, in fact, on our last rental we serviced all locks and hinges and left nice drinking glasses for the owner..We own a very small, short hair, female house cat which is regularly groomed every day and does not cast hair, she has her own bed/basket, and does not sleep on furniture or beds. On departure there will be no trace of her presence. We are looking for the best rental price for the period. Quesada Areas.......Thank You....Jack and Lynn BROWN
