Talk Quesada forum

Hello all,

My wife and I are looking to buy a place in Quesada for our own use and that of our large extended family, and also as a first step towards living there permanently when we retire in ten years or so time.

We currently live in Cornwall down a leafy lane so certainly wouldn't want anything too busy or noisy. Many years ago (almost 20) a friend of ours had a place where we used to holiday at the southern end of Av. Del Mar (opposite the children's play area). Although their place was at the side of the road it was always relatively quite even in July and August and the gardens around the pool are lovely.

We would be willing to do work on a place but nothing too major.

What we are hoping for is:

• ·Minimum 2 bedroom but 3 preferred
• ·Open plan preferred but separate kitchen considered
• ·We favour first floor with a solarium to ground floor although we would also consider a bungalow
• ·Would love 2 bathrooms although we expect remote chance at our budget
• ·Access to a communal pool and some open space a must as many grandchildren!
• ·Our maximum budget is 80,000 Euros

We may be willing to go higher for a detached with its own pool if someone is willing to offer a seller finance deal, as we have trouble getting mortgages as we are company directors.
