Unfortunatly we have to move back to the Uk,I have now put my 3 bed 2 bath villa on the market with Camorsol in Guadamar,the reach out to the Scandinavian market so thought I would highlight it on here,it comes fully furnished with a large communial pool and 360 deg views from the sitting area on the solarium of the med amd the mountains.Pictures can be seen on the agents website.

You should try selling locally. If your property is in Guardamar then ok. If not I'd try as many agents as possible to maximise your exposure to all markets or use one that sends it to all the others like White Coast Real Estate. The more the merrier and the more chance you have of finding a buyer. I'm sorry you have to return and I wish you luck.
