Hi we will be over in November looking for a property in and around the the area North of Torreveja, if you know of a property, min 2-bedroom, outside space suitable for 2 small dogs,would prefer not on a community but will not totally rule out. This property would be for permanent living so Would like to be walking distance to amenities.please include Suma and other charges involved with the property, If your thinking of selling please get in touch, private sales only, budget €120k... thank you for any replies

Hiya I know it might sound strange but it might be worth signing up to Preloved it costs £5.00 for the year that is where we found our house.When you become a member you get to see adverts first if not a member the advert must be over 28 days old. When we bought ours there was a good few thousand properties. Hope that helps Jules

We have a 2 bed 2 bathroom front/rear garden apartment on a community called Albamar on doña Pepa 2 it is listed with Quesada Real estate agents at €119,500 however for a private sale we will reduce substantially. Suma €245 PA Community fee €1150 PA.
