Just out of interest is the figure you've quoted your maximum for the actual property,not including your legal fees etc on top ?

The figure I have quoted does not include my buying costs like tax 10% Legal etc.

Just one more very quick question,what timescale are you working to in your search for a property?

It might be good to know if you are thinking about early 2019,or if you are flexible and are prepared to wait slightly longer ?

I can wait longer if the right property but would need to see location photos etc . I have another one to look at in new year .
