We have recently decided to sell our lovely detached Villa - Located in Lo Crispin.


It has been used as a holiday home for the past 2 years and we have decided to relocate.


We recently installed new air conditioning/heating units in all bedrooms and the lounge, it is quiet and very economical to use. Very cheap property

Absolutely bargain price

+1! This seems incredibly cheap even in a fire sale!

Must be worth another 30K

Maybe high communial charges.

What is the community change per annum please?

I looked at a 3bed det 2 storey on LC just over a year ago and it was cheap then at E125k this is very low.

A couple of you asked how much the community charges were. They are around 480€ per year, payable in 2 annual installments.
