Apartment in need of updating for sale.

Hi. Due to my health I have not been able to use my apartment for around 8 years. I am sure it is now in need of some updating and probably a damn good clean. It's on the golf course and has one bedroom with fabulous views. I really miss being able to visit but with this current pandemic I cannot see matters improving as I am classed as extremely vulnerable. If there is any budding property investors out there then just maybe they could make me an offer.
