We are looking for a property in Algorfa, lo crispin or montebello with an underbuild for separate living.

2 families moving into 1 home so need space for separate living.

Garden is must. Budget up to €200k

Not sure you can legally ‘live’ in an under build. Worth checking before going further.

You need to look for a 2 storey bungalow
You can not legally live in an underbuild unless it was licenced by the town hall as residential
