Located near Lakeview restaurant and up the hill from La Marquesa Golf, we have a house for sale that has been extensively refurbished. Renovation works have totalled well over 100.000 euros. The majority of the building works we have official receipts for (facturas). Most of the works were completed by Barcelo and Don Aluminio. The house is priced at 165.000 euros

Features of the house include:
2 bedrooms (one en-suite) in the main house + 1 bathroom. We also had a guest room made downstairs which is also en-suite
Double glazing fitted to all windows. New doors fitted throughout as well as fitted wardrobes
Air conditioning units, both inverters. One large unit is fitted in the living room and one smaller unit is fitted in the bedroom
Extended living room with storage heaters to kitchen area and living area. South-facing sunny aspect. Also has an awning fitted
Both storage heaters were fitted by KVA solar and run on off-peak electricity. Both units are solar “ready” should the new owner prefer to have these connected to solar panels
