On our renovation we fitted the best security doors and windows we could find. We finally moved in on Sunday and this morning, ready to go out, we pulled closed the front door, only to remember we did not have the remote/keys for the outside gates. When we could not reopen the front door with the key it dawned on us that the outside keys were in the inside lock of the door. So we had the best of both worlds-we were locked out of the house & locked inside the garden.

We managed to retrieve spare outside keys from our builders and super hero David Beck did the trick on the house door. He dropped what he was doing and within minutes had the door opened and he adjusted the outside gate on the way out.-i wish my wife hugged me like that sometimes. Cannot recommend him highly enough-ex military and a great guy.
