Not sure about legal status - the van is fully sign-written and both were in liveried work-wear so it's not like he's trying to hide what he is doing.

We have quite a few windows including some big balcony windows, a few patio doors and such. He did inside, outside, frames and sills and quoted €45 which I think is fair, I did a quick mental comparison to UK prices and it felt OK!
