You'll need architects papers, and building permission and licences from the town hall before you can start.

My pool build process started in October 2018, and the documentation was ready in February 2019. The build itself started in March.

I'm also led to believe that you shouldn't really have a pool built in the warmer months due to the concrete setting too quickly, but again - discuss that with the builder.

Planning in Tory can be 6 months don't know about Quesada although Don Aluminio said it was less there

The property is in Montebello so it falls under Algofar I beleive. I have messaged Rob and plan to meet him when I get there.

It may well be down to the town hall. Mine's Guardamar.

A lot depends on the area some are quicker than others and if you are getting planning at the moment bear in mind with local elections this will always hold things up!

Hi BLUE we had an 8x4m pool with steps, pump housing & shower plus all surrounding patio work with borders & raised planters designed and installed beautifully by Antonio from Davinia Construcciones. He did a fantastic job and took care of all the paper work, and there was quite a bit, that we eventually took to the notary to add to the title deeds to make it all legal in case we ever sell the property. Antonio is Spanish but speaks excellent English he is very polite and courteous. Tell him Alan recommended him and he can show you his work on my villa with pleasure. Good luck
