Hello everyone, we were unfortunately robbed at our house in Aspe recently. The thieves robbed a brand NEW MacBook Pro and a Brand NEW iPhone XS as well as an older iPhone 7. I have just purchased a NEW iPhone 11. However when the man in the shop set up my NEW Apple iPhone 11- he was unable to download music and photographs from the Apple iCloud. He said the iCloud was already full - so possibly the photos and music did not get put in the iCloud. However ALL documents and music and photos from the stolen devices were stored on an external hard drive of which as been used previously for backing up the MacBook. Also the music is also stored on my wife’s older MacBook Pro. Contacting Apple here in Spain is a time consuming and most times an uneventful event, so are there any persons whom have experience with Apple iPhone 11 and retrieving stored photos and music from an external hard drive to place on an Apple iPhone 11? Your assistance would be gratefully appreciated as I love my music and miss my lost photos a lot. Please let me know if any of you can assist me in this unfortunate predicament I find myself in?

You should be able to use iTunes to restore your backed-up music to your new phone.
I doubt that there is a difference in the data format of the iTunes backup between Mac and PC, so anyone with a PC should be able to do it for you.

Maybe try somewhere like Quesada Computers?

Hello. Re the cloud - we had a reminder from apple to say our cloud was 80% full - if you didn’t get a reminder I should imagine you still have plenty of space.
I agree Quesada computers are very helpful.
