Gas water heater service?

Morning everyone,

We're part timers here in El Chaparral and have just returned after a couple of months back in UK. We have a Junkers gas water heater, the sort that only heats the water as you run the tap. Normally this runs at about 45c but since we've been back it only goes up to about 34c. Supposedly it is not due for a service until 03/22. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be or how to fix it? Or alternatively, the name of a reliable service engineer?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Ian

Thought I would post my experience of the recommendation Jesu Gil above as I am in need of a gas boiler service and repair. Telephoned good response they were her within 2 hours identified the problem and said he needed a part and would return the following day. this was 17 Dec. promised that he would be there later on the 18th and have now contacted them by the preferred whatsapp now 13 times, left messages on the phone they just refuse to contact or speak with me. I have now spent Christmas with a faulty boiler my advice is DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. They operate under MA & PE....
