What would be helpful next year when we are asked to quote to carry out removals is for potential customers to tell us where they are moving from and to instead of us replying by asking a straight forward question, as everyone is aware the price would not be the same as moving from the top of Scotland or from Portsmouth, the more information the customer provides the better the quote is, after having to ask these simple questions for twenty years it gets a bit monotonous thank you.

Why not set up an online form so customers know what information you need and you get the information you want.

We could do that but it does help when people tell you where they are moving from its not rocket science.
