Would recommend Benican Vets in Benimar.( they also have clinics in other areas but main base is Benimar) https://benican.com/?lang=en . Have had positive experience with them on day to day routine Vet care, but during lockdown had a pet emergency at midnight. Phoned them and the Vet was at our house within 10 minutes. Sad situation, but much helped by their positive response. Can't fault them. All English speaking though they will go along with you in your halting Spanish as well...

We use Veterpet by Consum at Dona Pepa.
Emma is lovely and speaks very good English. They also have a hospital in Guadamar, have pet boarding facilities and grooming parlour.

I agree with ladymaisy, Veterpet near Consum in Dona Pepa. Very polite and speak excellent English. Very rare if you have to wait more that 2 days for an appointment and they have a 24 hour emergency vet in Guardamar.
They also do very reasonably priced insurance options.

Without a doubt Benicia vets in Benijofar. They are all about the animals not the money. Speak excellent English and very helpful.
Do not use the vets nr consum in Quesada. Charged my friend a fortune for injections for a cat which died and turned out didn’t have the right jab.
