Posted: Sat Jul 04, 2020 12:48 pmHaving been without TV since Thursday, and absolutely no response to my several emails expressing my concerns, I am appalled at the total lack of customer support from Fresh TV, who clearly place no value on their customers. As a consequence I am now eagerly looking to jettison Fresh TV and transfer my custom to a more deserving provider.
On the recommendation of a friend, I have emailed Best Box and am waiting for their reply.

We lost ours again from fresh tv ..but now back working after phoning them and getting through!!
